Great physiques but terrible camera work. Always in too close. It segments the body. Mix it up with close-ups and full-length shots. Binais has fabulous calves, but you wouldn't know it from this video.

I continue to be amazed by these kind of bodies. When I was young there was no such thing, no gyms like today. Even so I worked out and tried to learn with a few weights. Even with weights and knowledge, not everyone can achieve this kind of result. There is so much knowledge today and young men start in their teens at bodybuilding. I think that this is great. I am nearly 59 and still work out.
