if you installed em from the shop channel you can back them up on sd card and reinstall them at a later date but if you installed them from a wad installer you need to deleate em to make space

i deleted my shop,weather,news etc. all the default channels exept disk channel

and made a few blocks extra :D of course you need the hb channel and any title deleter to remove system channels
