runescape is ll about luck even on a 1 def pure u can still hit a 0 u just have a higher chance to hit high. and on a 99def guy u can still hit ur max you just have a lower chance to do so. its all about the luck

level 99 defence with 10 hitpoints and all other stats level 1 has to be at least level 27-28.

level 99 attack/strength with 10 hitpoints and all other stats level 1 has to be at least level 35.
