What's behind the hate? Just because he's world number one and not Lin Dan.

Fact is, In today's pro badminton, Lin Dan is the only one that could stop him. Others rarely get 16 points off him. It's safe to say if Lin Dan is not around, Chong Wei would reign supreme in this era. He's just over shadowed by Lin Dan, who's arguably one of the best Man Singles player ever. Lin Dan and Chong wei have been trading the world number 1 spot since 2004, that is something extremely special.

Thomas Cup is a team event. They play 5 matches to decided who is the winning team, should be 2 single matches followed by two double matches and 1 final single if the matches are even. So even Lin lost China can still win.
