hi, you don't use an 4 in 1 mixer, if i didn't wrong you have an gyro on the tail boom.

It sounds like your pinion and the main gear is not perfectly synchronized. This chopper is really quiet, if they are in synch.

I had same sound problem and adjusted the position of the motor mount and noise went away.
