  • It looks visually correct, but if I cut this gear in a Vertical CNC machine using this geometry, will it come out correct?

  • @jasonsjwou I think it will but then you will need a pinion with the same profile...

  • Thank you! I've been trying to do a spiral bevel gear the whole evening, using spline on surface technique, but I haven't got it to work good. This was awsome!

    I did cut the hole (and splines) after tapering and twisting though, because I wanted straight splines.
