but the child would have 2 come forward or atleast admit it 2 the parents if the parents had suspicions about it. so, it is still the child who has 2 come forward, which has to be a very difficult thing to do, especially as a child. n as far as him being 2 shy 2 ask a girl out, that might make it more likely he'd do what he's accused of, because he'd be able 2 manipulate or trick an impressionable or naive child, without the risk of being turned down like he would be when asking a girl 4 a date.
