They are making the 4th season and will release it once the novel version of FMP finishes sometime in mid 2010. The 4th season will soon be released after that.

It should take around as long as the video lasts. For example, 5 minute video should upload in under 20minutes. Try re-uploading to fix the problem. Of course, it also depends on your connection speed.
