What is the measure of a true hero? One that would willingly volunteer to risk giving up his life to fight for a country despite not even being treated and provided with respect and basic human rights is that country. Heroism may be colorless, classless, and genderless, but it sure does look great on these guys.

I am so glad that I know a man who was trained in the Tuskegee program as an intelligence analyst. Hours and hours analyzing photos and maps. Please remember that the program trained men for all of the roles that supported the pilots -- not just the pilots. Give them all the props that they heartily deserve!
Real American heroes that black youth can look up too! With documentation of their authenticity unlike santa claus, spiderman, toothfairy, superman, ironman and all the other BS that has poisoned the minds of our youth. These men did it under the harshest circumstance, tell our youth they can overcome under these present circumstances, "yes we can".
