Sweet. I'll most likely pick this puzzle-solving, action/adventure platformer sometime in the future, but used!

Only thing I don't like about this game is if you erase something (and maybe fill as well) in an area, it's not permanent when you leave and revisit said area. It's so much more of an impact when you see the choices you made that affect the world around you in games. It's just kinda lame when the game resets what you erased/filled in. Hopefully they fix that in the sequel!! :D

if you like mario 64, you'll probably like this. personally i thought the best part of this game was the 2D mini levels between each level.. and i think they should of been the whole game. Comeon.. tug boat mickey 2d platformer was awesome.. but all the rest of the game, meaning like 70% of it.. not nearly as fun!

This game is a lot of fun and each level is very creative. The boss fights are a lot of fun and the choice to make each and every enemy, including bosses, good or evil is very nice. This is my fifth favorite game to come out in 2010.

@theaweshnap Actually EM was originally slated for XBOX360 PS3 and PC, so the concept artwork was a wasted and ruined by now looking like a ps2 game on the underpowered Wii. And who doesn't refer to the 360 as "xbox" nowadays.

The game might still have a great fantasy look and some decent Gameplay, so no hate, but they definitely ruined a chance for a more detailed expansive world. The game flopped and had clumsy controls. Still a good game but too bad it couldn't have been more.... Epic

@communistrecords Have you seen the concept art !!? Its gorgeous ! The game still looks "nice" though besides low polygons. That could have actually been realized in 3d. Facing facts, the Wii is incapable of producing close to those concept art scenes. Not to say the Wii is a bad system, i do enjoy it. But its pretty blatant the world would have come alive much better on a more powerful system.Ok ok it wasn't completely wasted, the game is still good. It just could have been ALLOT better.

That said, I DO think that it helps developers to be more "Creative" because they are forced to look for different ways to "use the graphic abilities" it has and also focus on gameplay. Which is a good thing. Too bad Epic Mickeys controls are flawed. Wii is minimalist design allot..
