yeah, UNI 15 is the official PSOW uni. it was a special PSO-world meet up/contest where the forum members get a chance to meet up in game and exchange partner cards. We have them on most in game special event lobbies whenever a new one arrives. Most recently the festival of lights when it first kicked in. Also theres always some themed costume contest like best dressed or whatever. Notice all the pastel purple and yellows and such. But then we all just go out in a group and kill.
