If you have weak CPU this is the best football simulation, and if your CPU can't start this game, then you should try FIFA 2005 it has better Manager Mode. So, I would give it perfect 10, looking at the time it came.

@97NicoBellic The minimum system requirements state that a minimum of 64mb of video memory is required so theoretically you should be able to play, depending on the graphics settings within the game and the rest of your computer specifications (processor, memory, etc). Search "fifa 2007 minimum requirements" on google for more info.

@xray4 I must agree even though I have PES 2010. I have this game for gamecube and the cutscenes are so entertaining: THey never get old. The commentary is great and there are so many teams from so many leagues it can make your head spin. With PES you pretty much have to create the MLS and other leagues

@Jopari444 Not really, but full licensing does add realism to the game. The most important aspect is the actual gameplay. FIFA is a lot more fluid and the players move a lot more realistically. The graphics are also better, as well as the controls.

FIFA is a better game because of the gameplay and all the official teams, sponsors etc. Whereas Pro Evolution has the better graphics... In my opinion FIFA is better because there's more to a game than just graphics.
