Knicks should have never traded for Melo. They gave up too much and didn't get much in return, seeing as Billups is in LA now and Melo is doing more harm than good for the team. Keep Amare...he proved he could be the leader of this team last season before the trade. Melo is the poison that's really killing the Knicks. Start with him, them D'Antoni and I bet you they'll write the ship with those 2 gone a lot quicker.

you cant fix these knicks this season, and i doubt they'll be a contender next season. they need to trade smart and getting rid of amare is a start but without a head coach that can grab a hold of this team and drag them where the fans want them to be, the best they can hope for is a fluke playoff win
