  • adidas?!!? GET THE FUCK OUT OF JIUJITSU

  • That was perfect. At the end when he was doing those combination of moves, to the naked and untrained BJJ eye, it really looks weird. You'd think he's just fooling around not knowing that those moves are the very foundation where one of the most, if not the most, deadly ground Martial Arts discipline lies on, Just beautiful. I have come to really respect and love BJJ. It has been very useful to me.

  • @wakchun no...i mean Adidas is taking over every sport's equipment they can get their hands on....i used to play lacrosse, and around 2008 adidas showed up in it, now jiujitsu...whats next? Water Polo??infact i wudnt be surprised if adidas sponsors that, or even the Cheese Rolling events in Gloucestershire...

  • amazing drills !!!

  • the whole Machado lineage is just awesome! Such high quality and intelligence!!! *respect*

  • I'm good friends with a Machado black-belt and I can definately certify that statement -- truly gentleman-warriors; great examples for kids and business leaders alike.

  • Greatest school in NYC, in my book anyway

  • thanks dude, really good ideas there, i desperately needed some solo training drills. will try to break down and copy that one at the end, it looked well complicated though!

  • Thanks. very helpful

  • when do you hip escape forward? Is it when youre on bottom in the N/S position?

  • establishing butterfly guard or closed guard. to make sure your hips are underneath his. it works for N/S bottom too after which you'd spin back to guard. Good question though.

  • Is this a good school for beginners? What are the prices like???

  • thanks this is great. Could you have gotten any more patches on that GI though !

  • bravo bravo

  • I LOVE THIS!!!

  • now those are drills!.. i hear great things about your school and hope to share the mat with you one day.. Obrigado profesor
