i hate saying this but the video game characters block is terrible they don't drive forward and get up she kinda just falls back into the center of the ring :(
man i really need to get better at shot put. last year i was in grade 7 and got 2nd place for my throw of 7 metres 40 cm, but this year (grade 8) i only got a bit over 8 metres 20 cm. what technique is best for grade 8?
As a former shotputter, this is really kool. Though I must ask, is this really in the game?! How is it necissary for the gamer to now HOW to throw (or "put" as she throw it ;)? Well, anything to sell the game.

yea u have to have strong arms obviously, but most of your power comes from your lower body and hips
