@TAMIYAOFFROAD just raised the whole tranny up ' and made some brackets to hold it higher ..., and then re-fixed in its new position

about 15hrs, but with trial and error about 20hrs..
its not a bad 4x4 with the standard tamiya 3 speed box......stronger than i thought it would be?
