It has to go in your downloads folder. That can be found in My Documents/EA Games/The Sims2/downloads. If you don't already have a downloads folder, you can create one in the Sims2 directory if you follow the path I just described.

what kind of sims 2 are you using? The sims 2 night life?

Yes, at the time that I made this video, I was running all expansions up to NL. I don't believe any of the others had been released yet. So it was the original, Uni, and NL that I was using. Now I have all of them up to and including BV.

I have all the expansion packs right up to BV, and all the stuff packs except for Teen Style. When I made this video though, I think I was only running the original, Uni, and NL. I don't think any of the others had come out yet. All my houses are made by me, with the exception of a few in later eps.

User Interface.  It's the control panel that you have in the Sims2.

Like when some one proposes or when a couple gets married or when a teen has their first kiss, it zooms in on the event somehow and I have no idea how to get it to stop doing that.

If you go into the settings in the game, you can turn off the special event camera. It should be in the camera options on the panel in the game. (You know, where you have those three circles at the bottom left of the panel?)

When you have a wedding party, at the end of the party, the limo just comes on its own and they get in. They drive off and are gone for awhile (and get a complete boost in mood and needs), and then they return and get out of the limo.
