Très belle musique qui touche l'âme...

Je suis française,européenne,et j'aime profondément l'Irak, je connais son très lointain passé (Sumer) et sa culture, sa musique. Munir Bachir était un très grand musicien.

Que vive l'Iraq éternel! Pays où est née l'écriture... J'aime le monde arabe, j'aime Bagdad, Babylone... Merci pour cette vidéo - j'ai déjà les CD chez moi, mais j'aime les faire connaître. Quelle beauté et quelle douceur!

Thank you, haytham for posting this in both English and Arabic. If you have a chance, do the same for as many of your old postings, especially for Jameel Bashir and the women singers. Often those who are doing research on Arabic music or Arab women singers/musicians will value the information being in both Arabic and English. It is amazing how little the world know about the great art of IRAQ.
