Yah, really nice and all, but will someone explain to us, the mortals, WTF is happening there? I just see it getting drawn by itself.... but no idea is that a brush that's drawing it, is it the smudge or the blur tool? And how did the skin get all nice and smooth all of a sudden? I didn't understand anything really.

@000Eleanor000 Probably a soft round smudge brush or guassian blur, I dont use ps but that would be the appropriate tools on GIMP for skin. Seeing it being drawn by itself without seeing the mouse/tablet hand probably means when video recording she got her recorder to not show it during the video. I know you can do that with hypercam but I dont exactly know what program she uses for recording. Again with the skin, probably the guassian blur tool if ps has it because she blurred it all at once.

As an artist, I think drawing from a photo is fine, as long as you're not blatantly copying work. Every few days I google pictures of people and draw them so I can practice and use them in later, more detailed drawings. I'm not saying this artist copied anything, but even if she did, she's hella talented. I could only dream of doing stuff like this. So all you haters can suck it.

Nice technique! Do you mainly use the airbrush function to accomplish this more photorealistic look? They are many ways to to a digital painting, but this has a more realistic style than other paintings like speedpaintings or such stuff.

I can sketch, but have never been good at making that ability come out on computer. Maybe I'll invest in a tablet myself, one of these days, and give it an earnest try.
