By not wetting your face first, it helps to get the dead skin off a little more efficiently because it's a little more abrasive and forceful. For an every day kind of thing, I'd say to wet your face before, gently scrub the product on your face, and rinse.

Well I def think its better not to use the sponge, since what it does is it'll soak up all your scrub which eventually ends up not being useful at all. It works wonders just the way you would do with a cleanser

I just use a bar of dove soap for sensitive skin, or clearsil face wash and a face scrubbing sponge thingy..I like that better, because it foams up =] and then i just wash it off. lol I'm gonna try your way tomorrow though ^_^
