  • Spilt Milk was a combination of Queen, Pet Sounds era Beach Boys, with the vocals by the guy from Cheap Trick. I've never really heard the Beatles' influence on this album, that a lot of people like to assign to the band. Maybe on the Bellybutton album, but not this one.

  • @peterp21 Sabrina Paste and Plato is straight influence from Sgt. Peppers Getting Better...agreed?

  • Joe Quesada is the reason I'm here and I like it.

  • I used to be able to sing like this, then I took an arrow to the knee

  • Holy crap, this guy does sing nice.

  • 33,333rd viewer of an awesome song.

  • Thumbs up if Kotaku sent you here!

  • drake bell is best

  • the drake bell version is better

  • @TheDrakebellcovers You're kidding, right?? I just youtubed it & the guy can't even sing in tune, let alone the horrible whiny tone of his voice... terrible!!!

  • This is not Queen. . .

  • That's Music!!!

  • When I first heard this, I thought there was a Queen song which had slipped me by. Brilliant tune. He should work with Queen as the new singer.

  • Thumbs up if you have a bigger dick than me.

  • @Potsmotion WTF?

  • Andy Sturmer is hot. Mmmmmmm :D

  • I like this but I LOVE PUFFY's version better(:

  • @zaynevelasco me too, puffy's version is more happier!!

  • The Puffy AmiYumi have a 10 times crazier version of this song.

  • @zzzzzz522002 - Crazier does not = BETTER.

Puffy's version takes the soul out of the tune... Just my opinion... but just so you knw, because of your comment I did seek out Puffy's version (produced by Andy Sturmer of Jellyfish, BTW) and gave a it a fair shake...

  • @zzzzzz522002 A version Andy Sturmer produced.

  • @StuderSSL

Oh wow. I did not know that, but I looked him up on Wikipedia and it's true. I love you, dude.

  • @zzzzzz522002 - "crazier" perhaps, BUT in no way, shape or form BETTER - NOT EVEN CLOSE!!!

  • One of the best voices in Rock. So under-rated. This guy's got it he can really sing.

  • @eastlake93 everyone in the band can really sing

  • No Doubt should do a cover of this (or maybe they should've done it 10+ years ago).

  • sean reinert metioned this album in an interview, pretty cool

  • Does anyone know wtf these lyrics mean? Or are they really just random?

  • He's a pretty good singer, but what's special is that he plays drums and sings at the same time.. standing up.

  • damn....this song kills! while i was first introduced to this song from puffy...this...dude. im blown away.

  • Amazing song. Thanks for posting.

  • drake bells cover of this is great -2

  • @donisiloo Yeah, I just came from there. I was quite impressed.

  • Great uderrated band!!! Sweet melodies and great voice!!!

  • drake bells cover of this is great ^^

  • SHAKE THAT WOODY!!!!!

    lol, that part f*ckin rocks

  • The first time I heard this song, It wasn't the original. after who knows how many years, I finally thank curiosity for getting to me, because Puffy just butchered this amazing song,

  • @sailormoon1013 I know...J-Pop shouldn't be rocking like this

  • @SpeedyDolfin Too bad the lead singer was their producer and kinda inspired them. . .

  • @sailormoon1013 They "butchered" it? Andy Sturmer wrote and produced their version, and he was Jellyfish's drummer. The women don't write the lyrics or music.

  • Great tune!!

  • Ginger!

  • @CakeS2k

    they see me trollin

  • @Jauwp hey its kool if you want to spend your time on a band that trying to be somethng that already was

  • @CakeS2k 10/10 would rage agian

  • @CakeS2k What some call "ripping off" some understand to be simple influence. Best I can tell so far (and I learn new shit everyday), art, individuals, most stuff, is a sum of its respective influences. You can totally tell they listened to a lot of Brian Wilson's work, as well as Queen...I mean...they sound pretty tight to me...and I'd venture to say that I'm a discriminating listener...sorry you think they suck. I have to disagree.

  • @QueryMeThis ok your right they dont suck thats very naive of me of saying but its one thing to be influenced and another to try do do it again

  • The feel good band of the .... I don't know but you just gotta love these guys! Heavily beatle influence.

  • i have the albums i'm the lucky one!

  • Never too late to join the Jellyfish fan club

  • Needs more Puffy.

  • haha. This used to be my favorite band just last year and it had been for years before then. I can't believe I forgot all about them until today! My friend in English just happened to introduce them as "some obscure 90s rock band" that his teacher told him about. Needless to say, I flipped out.

  • Drake bell's cover of this song is good too. I think this song also reminds me of ELO

  • andy is somewhere, roger performs, jason has music to and so does eric. i bet chris and tim do something to. I KNOW MY JELLYFISH!!! my sisters lucky 'cause she got to go to concert.

  • @musicgurl2000 :) Are u really a girl? It's nice to fancy. I know my Jellyfish too!

  • this band got me into music!!!!! XD

  • that 's right this guy sings fucking nice

  • eith him or mika

  • This guy should be singing for Queen; not Paul Rodgers

  • wow that would be freakin awesome :o

  • @randomusername76299 Your kidding? Pal Rodger's is terrible in comparision to Freddie.

  • @gobbaf Best comment ever. This guy would be perfect to fill Freddie's shoes.

  • @gobbaf Say it again!! So True.
