htis amp is realy good this guy just doesnt have alot of EQ knoledge so he cant show off how good a tone u can get from it

this amp is awesome because distortion is almost infinite without losing tone and you can dial in almost any if not all guitar sounds imaginable plus its low priced go for it

I just sold my 333XL and got this after playing my friends. I use to have 15 different pedals and now I only use 2 a Sonic Stomp and Opto Compressor in the FX loop. No need for any more pedals with this unreal amp. Anyone who tells you this amp sucks is just plan retarded.

My tone is the soil tone, with the bass at - 40%, Middle- 60% - distortion - 60%, treble - 50% .

I have this amp and the tone is soooo fuckin sick. I got an exciter and a maximizer for it to and it just opened this thing up! And yes its really loud but it can be played at low with out making any one mad if your on the bedroom tour. If any 1 needs to know any thing about it let me know!

I have it too, I had a custom made volume box made for mine so I can turn it all the way up and not blow out the windows. BEST AMP I've ever owned!!

The volume seems super sensitive... is that the case? I've been thinking of picking one of these up, but if it's not really usable at bedroom volumes it's no good for me.

get the Spider Valve 212 or 112..... they sound great and are plenty loud for gigs!!!! for gigs you can actually crank them a lil more than the HD100 and get a more screamin tone..... if you want to use cabs, the combos have cab outputs!!!!!

NO WAY!! If you only have a bedroom to play this in it is WAY too loud for that Bro. This amp needs an entire garage, basement or ARENA!! In your bedroom you'll never even get it to .5 without breaking the windows!!
