But hey from a music instructors point of view, stick to heavy metal ( that is waht you play mostly isn't it). In order to play like Pink Floyd you have to study them it's not all about sound but tempo, feel and soul. I take it it's the only Pink Floyd song you play (besides another brick in the wall). If you like metal stick to it. Not a bad attempt All the best.

Not bad mate, but try to concentrate on the emotions rather than on the guitar. Practice Your bending as well it doesn't sound clear too many times(or Your guitar isn't properly tuned) cheers :]
thanks dude! I've played guitar for about 11 years, I've played seriously for about 4 years!.. that solo really isn't that tough to learn the notes, you just have to work on the vibrato and feel of it quite a bit , to get it right!.
