My grandparents lived in Parkmerced. They had a 2 bedroom (I think) on Serrano Drive. I remember it was really nice. The bathrooms were the same but it looks like they remodeled the kitchen. I don't know what they paid in rent, but in 1960 it was probably less than $200. I was pretty little then, but I remember the elevators were really nice. I hope they haven't modernized them.
This place is str8 up crap all I have a view of is the fucken street service here hella sucks and the walls here dont even have paint its like primer you touch it and theres a black smudge and then once you turn your apartment in oh weres my whole $2500 deposit?

i think its around 2300 a month i used to live in a 2 bedroom and it was only 1800 a month
