On my Pfaff one is able to lower the pressure foot to a middle level, not all the way down. This is the position I use to be able to freely move the fabric.

When I lower the foot as this video shows, everything is so tight I can barely move the fabric around, even though I've lowered the feed dogs. What am I doing wrong?
