I agree..Donny was out of line ... Also Re; magic underwear... where did he hide his magic underwear during Joseph and the technicolor..I mean I have seen both him and Marie in skimpy things and they have NO magic drawers on..I saw a pic of these undies and it is a top and bottom

Donny often tries to take control over interviews. I understand he was trying to protect his sister, but that doesnt mean he has to be rude about it eventhough he tried to laugh it off. Even Marie looked@ him like she was surprised by his actions.Marie was fine w/the questions, & started protecting Joy! Marie knows that people are curious why she would remarry her 1st husband especially after she cited the reason for divorce "mental cruelty"! she understands not too many ppl would remarry an ex!
If anyone on here is a Mormon or has some REAL knowledge about the faith can you tell me if they are allowed to watch PG-13 or rated R movies? And no disrespect to any Mormons out there, but can some explain the NO TEA or COFFEE rule? Just wondering?
@free2bmissa There is no strict rule about what movies you are allowed to watch as a Mormon. A lot of Mormons do not watch rated R movies as a rule, some do not watch PG13 movies, but ultimately it is a personal choice. The church just encourages you to avoid swearing, sex, and violence in the things you watch. The no coffee/tea is part of a health code that encourages us to both eat healthy and avoid addictive substances like tea, coffee, tabacco, and other addictive things.
@free2bmissa There really isn't a strict, absolute rule about PG-13 or R-rated movies in the Mormon Church. There are, however, many, many talks by church leadership counseling us to stay away from unwholesome entertainment. Mormons shouldn't be concerned with a PG-13 or R-rating; they should be trying to stay away from content that is overtly sexual or violent or swears a lot or whatever.
Likewise with tea or coffee; Nothing hard-written about specifics; but there is a code of health we follow.
@free2bmissa I know you posted this late but it's up to the individual on whether to watch PG-13 or R rated movies. I watch both, and I'm Mormon. But a friend of mine doesn't watch either of the two, and I respect that. It's personal opinion. As for No tea or coffee, that's a choice Mormons make. I choose not to drink coffee/tea (unless it's herbal tea). But in general, it's sorta like how Muslims don't eat pork--Mormons don't drink coffee.
So the Osmonds may be a little coo-coo bananas, but Marie has a gorgeous voice nevertheless. But Donny is soooooooo rude in this video though. I think this interview would have been so much more bearable had Donny not been there.
BTW on top of that Donny and Marie play in Vegas at a CASINO!!! Isn't Mormonism against Casino. They do realize that most of the money they make performing comes from gambling revenue. But like I said before Donny and Marie are the exceptions to the rule for everything. They can but we cant they are famous so they can we cant. GTFO
Donny didn't have to serve a mission because he was bringing in millions in tithing to the church and "being a good example." How ever people like me who couldn't sing and couldn't throw a football ie Steve Young had to go knock on doors for two years. In which I have yet to receive one blessing in my life. So thank YOU GOD
Donny is so annoying, i swear in every interview marie does and talks about remarriage he is there holding her hand and helping her answer questions. She can speak for herself. She as well as everybody else must know how riddiculous the whole situation truly is. I bet they'll be divorced a second time, just give it a couple of years!
07:20 "polygamy is not even apart of our faith" it's not? read Doctrine and Covenants Section 132. your church's university, BYU, is named after one of the biggest polygamists in US history--Brigham Young =)
07:22 "oh is it called polyandry? i've never heard of that term" that's because the mormon church tries to keep joseph smith's polyandrous relationships in the closet--google "joseph smith polyandry" =)
mormons never answer SHIT about their religion. They bitch about people not understanding them yet the "church" has them on wraps about what to say. thats called SMOKE AND MIRROR TACTICS and its tacit. "I cant speak for my religion" well why the hell not? its YOUR religion you should know about it
The problem I have with the "magic underwear" comment is this: He said "they don't understand". Fine. Explain in some detail - get me to understand. But they won't. So we are left to not understand. Actually, I understand. I used to be a mormon and wore those stupid magic panties for 20 years. Good riddance to bad rubbish.
Wow Sparklegirl ! What a good little, obedient Mormon girl you are! And how proud the church must be to have someone SO Christlike (as your posts show) representing them.God does NOT believe gays are evil or else He wouldn't have created them that way.You need to go study church history and learn what type of organization you are a member of. Start by googling, "wives of Joseph Smith", then google, "polyandry and Joseph Smith".Read all. Don't say they are lies, this info is on lds.org too.
Now let me get this right. Marie is still a Mormon and her religion is very anti gay. Yet her daughter is a lesbian. Nice support system there, Marie. You douche
I agree with usermyong, I'm also an ex-Mormon who after over 50 years of faithfulness learned the truth and discovered all the ugliness that is covered up so carefully by the church leaders. But, I find that most active Mormons are good people. Funny, but they think I AM the deceived one for leaving....while I know that they are the ones who are still deceived (as once was). As far as other religions go, I'm done with being a part of any organized religion.
I'm an exmormon myself and very familiar with the doctrine, social structure, etc. Although I'm convinced Mormonism isn't true, I can confidently say that your typical Mormon is well intentioned. The bottom line is that all people are prone to superstition, conforming to social pressure, and biased thinking. If you claim some other religion but think they're crazy, you should carefully consider whether your own religion stands up to the same critical thinking you apply to other faiths.
@Trips1103 what's so odd about the fact she may be atheist?
first you don't know that for a fact, and second, people born of many religions, including those of catholic families, and made to participate in sacraments against their will are atheist.
the odd thing is one who thinks it's odd...get it?
@wntoply6 I understand. I was catholic and became and atheist. She seems to be a rather outspoken woman who believes in evolution and science .. so if she is an atheist or agnostic, rather than a catholic, I'd think she would be open enough to say so about it here as she has done in the past on other shows. The fact that she didn't is what I found odd.
You can not believe what Mormons say about what they believe in. They will lie to you and tell you what they think is acceptable. Just google "Lying for the lord" and you will see
They also drank wine at the Kirtland Temple dedication (which went on for days) and most go VERY drunk (thus all the "visions" er, I mean "hallucinations"). It was a known fact that Joseph Smith had an alcohol problem. Brigham Young owned a beer brewery in Salt Lake and LOVED his beer too. Anyone thinking Joseph Smith could translate through inspiration simply needs to look up the "Kinderhook plates" and you'll see the truth about that fake ability. Just google "the wives of Joseph Smith" & read
Polygamy is an ETERNAL doctrine for Mormons. For them to say it's not part of the church is a blatant lie. All members of "their" celestial kingdom (afterlife) will be living polygamy, so why on earth do members of the church act like they don't need to know or learn about it? Men can be sealed to more than one woman in the temple (polygamy) and women cannot be sealed to more than one man. It's just that simple.Joseph Smith practiced polyandry as well (married other men's wives), it's documented
Sacred underwear? Oh Pleeese! The Mormon garments are masonic in origin. I challenge one person on here to prove they are NOT masonic or that they don't contain masonic symbols. Most active Mormons don't have a clue what their true history contains because the modern church conceals it. Look up "Polyandry" (even on the church owned websites they admit Joseph Smith lived this), look up Fanny Alger, look up "the wives of Joseph Smith" & it's all there. Mormons still definitely believe in polygamy.
this makes me want to puke. Mormon apologists have come out and said that the mormon temple ceremonies are NOT the same as solomons time. The way they talk are exact clones of every other mormon they have the shit encoded in there brains it truly is a brain washing cult.
@ikeandlinz You're welcome to your beliefs. I, in turn, am welcome to my opinions about your beliefs, especially since they have been used as a tool to tear apart my husband's family. I suggest you learn the whole truth about your church... and that means being brave enough to study sources that aren't endorsed by the LDS church. By the way, I wasn't mocking your beliefs. I was mocking Donny's assertion that his underwear is sooo sacred.
Mormon's MAGIC UNDERWEAR has masonic symbols sewn in to them (ie. the compass and the square....the main symbols for freemasonry). And they are called "Magic" because of the belief by Mormons that they will protect you when wearing them (even if in a fire, you will be burned everywhere but where your garments are covering) which is ridiculous and folklore. Joseph Smith and Hyrum took their garments OFF when they went to the jail where they were killed because it was TOO hot to wear them.
@gigig1954 They also drank wine in prison, AFTER the Word of Wisdom. Oh, and Smith was armed with a gun. When shot he made a MASONIC distress gesture and yelled "is there no help for this mother's son?" a Masonic distress phrase.Obviously he believed in Freemasonry more than Mormonism, which he appeared to have fabricated for power, money, and sex (with several teen girls who he married, including 2 who were 14 at the time) Google Helen Mar Kimball.
Donny and Marie responded to Joy's questions perfectly and represented the LDS church very well. Mormons don't have "magic underwear"! Where did that phrase come from? As Donny said, they are a sacred reminder of the covenants we make with God to keep His commandments. Not weird at all. Don't get your information from unauthorized sources. Ask an ACTIVE member or ask for missionaries to explain it to you correctly.
@TheTlc7777777 LOL! If you want the truth ask an ex mormon! They are usually the ones who have done the research & know the true history of this cult!
@TheTlc7777777 - for most people in the world, a church prescribing underwear (even if symbolic and a "spiritual" protection only) seems very weird. Only Mormons who are accustomed to it don't find it strange.
@ikeandlinz Are you saying the garment isn't prescribed (as in members being instructed to wear them) after a member is endowed? Really? (P.S. I was LDS for over 35 years, including temple endowment.)
@TheTlc7777777 Active members either don't research their cult (because they have been to to avoid non-faith promoting history, even if true), or they do know the nasty secrets and decide to ignore the truth and keep pretending (lying) to themselves and their kids about Mormonism. It's a pack of liars in an organization that rewards lying.
@TheTlc7777777 I'll put it politely. You're not telling the truth. Mormonism is nothing but a destructive cult, and considering that missionaries will lie to you, you know? But then, most Mormons don't follow their own 11th, 12th and 13th Articles of Faith when dealing with non-Mormons. Do you want to know more?
Ugh the worse person to ask about Mormonism is a Mormon. They only are allowed to give out the party line and nothing else. For example Mormons do believe and practice polygamy just not currently. Their temple ceremony did not come from Solomons Temple that is a myth adopted from freemasonry and even freemasons do not believe it is factual. There are 13+ million baptized mormons but only 3-5 million active and 80% of those are in the USA.
I'm a Mormon & they do KNOW our true history. Polygamy IS still a part of our doctrine, we just don't currently live it because it's illegal. We believe we will live it in the afterlife. Also polyandry was lived by Joseph Smith (he married other men's wives while they were still married to other men) & he also married teenage girls as young as 14 years old. The "secret underwear" is really masonic with masonic symbols embroidered into them. And our temples DO NOT go back to Solomon's Temple.
Joy isn't the best interviewer,..not terribly sharp. Donny and Marie try valiantly (and with humor) the best they can to put a good spin on Mormonism. I'm sure it gets tougher and tougher as people educate themselves via the internet. Gotta love good ol' D&M, but Mormonism is patently absurd and hardly worthy of anyone's devotion.
Hmm I do love Joy.. from what I understand the underwear ( magic) was derived by Joseph Smith... Sounds a bit like a chastity... I don't know and I don't think the Osmonds wear it alot... Marie wore skimpy outfits on DWTS and ... Donnie wore almost nothing in 'Joseph and the Technicolor raincoat"..
ok so Donny said hw was wearing his magic underwear..( a sacred garment).. I don't get it...In Joseph and the amazing technicolor.. he barely wore clothes... and on DWTS marie had outfits that were very revealing... I love Donny and Marie, but if you wear something that your faith says you should... shouldn't u do it every day ..I don't get it...
Liar, liar pants on fire Donny. Mormon men are allowed to be married to another woman in the temple for eternity after their current wife passes ensuring them TWO wives in the Mormon heaven.
@GraceAlone71 At least two. They can be married as many times as they lose wives. They can even be married to two LIVING women in the temple if the first doesn't care enough about the cult to go through a temple divorce.
@channelhismojo And many Mormon Church leaders won't encourage them to get a temple divorce unless the wife is remarrying in the temple as well because women are allowed only one husband in the Mormon heaven. As my friend says Mormonism is about two things godhood and sex.
Mormons calling their cult "Church of Jesus Christ..." is blasphemy. There's NOTHING Christlike about this hateful cult - bigots opposing equal rights for gays, who did oppose the ERA for women and civil rights for blacks.
The Mormon cult temple is NOT the same as in Solomon's day at all. Read the Bible and see there is no comparison. That's a lie. Mormons lie for the Lord all the time. They have no problem lying to "the World" who they see as less worthy of respect. Hideous CULT.
@channelhismojo You're right, it's not the same as Solomon's temple. Joseph Smith was a Mason, that's where 99.9% of the Mormon temple ceremony comes from, it's Masonic in origin not from Solomon's day.
All these two want to do is portray Mormonism as being Christian out there when it's not. After you join Mormonism you learn very quickly there's two very different persona's of Mormonism, the public and the private one. Guess which one the celeb Mormons want you to see and believe?
No surprise Donny hadn't heard of "polyandry". The Mormon CULT doesn't like their cult members knowing all the nasty details of their origins, like Joseph Smith sending men away on missions to Europe then marrying their wives, or Smith marrying 14yo girls like Helen Mar Kimball. No, the cult wants to portray it's leaders as pure, not sex fiends making up religions to get sex, money and power. Smith had himself declared "King of the World" in Nauvoo. What a fruitcake. Beware of Romney.
@omiolo Joy? Bigoted? She's not fighting against same-sex marriage & civil unions across the country. That would be the Mormon church & their front group NOM!!!
I like Joy. Interesting interview. Donnie and marie are what some people called TBMs (Totally believing Mormons). Donnie mentioned numbers of members but did not say that a huge percentage are inactive and joined other churches. Mormons will have problems with the historcity of their main scriptures, The Book of Mormon and the Book of Abraham. I thought Joy did a good respectful interview.
These guys don't know much about world history or even the history of their own church. Extremely embarrassing for them both. And WOW Marie sure has had a lot of surgery on her face.
I've wonder why people are so intent on trying to put Mormonism down. Most of the comments are from people who don't even believe God exists or that there is an afterlife. Believing nothing exists is just as much a leap of faith. I get that. I happen to believe in God mainly because I believe humankind suffers without some kind of accountability. If Mormons, Catholics or whoever can keep people accountable through belief (or underwear) then so be it. The world lacks so much accountability.
@ak7612 Opposition to Mormonism has nothing to do with belief in God. If you value truth and honesty, you must oppose Mormonism. These people have changed their history, then teach these lies to kids and potential converts. Anyone who speaks the truth publicly is excommunicated and their name dragged through the mud. This cult does not encourage accountability - it punishes it. Utah is the center for under the counter payments to friends, bogus tenders, ponzi schemes, bankruptcies. Cult lies.
It drives me CRAZY when they say polygamy is not part of their faith. LIARS! Sure, right now the LDS church is not openly practicing polygamy, but it is MOST CERTAINLY part of their faith and will be some day. If they are true believers they know full well that they must participate in polygamy to enter into the highest level of heaven. They all fully believe that polygamy WILL be restored to the earth one day.
@yaycath Right now a man can temple marry more than one woman if the ex wife doesn't demand a temple divorce, however a women MUST get a temple divorce if she wants to remarry in the temple. They are still practicing polygamy albeit just in their own temples. They believe God has many wives.
@IloveChrist2 Another Jesus Freak who dry humps his bible and has a boner for the Lord. Would you suck Jesus' cock if he asked you to? YES OR NO, tuff guy!
Donny never heard of polyandry? Mormon founder Joseph Smith engaged in it, since he married 11 women who had husbands they were still living with, and no, these were not nonsexual arrangements he had with them...
Donny is so full of it - Animal sacrifice was what when on in Solomon's temple, nothing like the silly stuff they do in Mormon temples. And no, Marie, Tanakh and Kabbaleh are not at all the same thing.
It's not secret, it's so, so sacred - LOL! Right, Donny.
It's not "true love," Donny, if you divorce someone and then remarry after marrying another. Don't kid yourself, it's the sign of a sick mind.
But that works perfectly in Mormonism because Donny lied about polygamy. Polygamy is a mandatory doctrine in the Doctrine & Covenants, one of what is called the "Standard Works" of the Church. D&C 132 makes it a commandment.
"What's his problem? Why doesn't he pop the question?" asks Donny, completely ignorant of the fact that marriage is required.
@momerath42 Hardly. The difference between deception and the truth, embodied by the Devil (who is the Father of deception) & Jesus Christ (who is the Father of truth) is the foundational difference that exists between what is real & what is false
Simple as that
THE Church Of JESUS CHRIST Of Latter Day Saints teaches people to believe in the truth, not in lies.
Logic is one way to determine the truth. Unfortunately logic is not taught in most schools, rote associative learning is, instead.
@ikeandlinz If anyone who no longer believes in your "truth" "obviously" never did, regardless of how long they did believe it (20 years), or why they stopped, what could possibly change your mind? If the answer is "nothing", at least you're being honest, but I wonder why you expect anyone else to change their mind about Elohim, Allah, or Zeus.
Marie marrying her first husband for a second time? Psssh Val on Knots Landing so has you beat! She married Gary 3 times and he fathered her twins during thier second divorce! You have some catching up to do, Marie ;)
No, as a former Mormon I can say that Mormons are weird. Are they weirder than other religions? That's debatable but that's just because other religions are weird too.
@chakazulu87 I think all religions are pretty much equal. It's just that these two haven't been around as long so we're not used to them. But really, all religions are ridiculous.
Haha, the Tanakh is actually just the Old Testament, and it's not related to Kaballah at all. And, those things "they used to wear in old times, in Jerusalem" are still worn today by Orthodox Jews everywhere for various prayers and religious rituals.
@wrassle - polygamy was never legal at any time the LDS church practiced. It was illegal in Illinois when Smith was "marrying" 14 year old girls and the wives of his followers, it was illegal in Mexico when the Brigham Young's church fled the US to mexico, it was illegal when Utah was won in a war with mexcio and became a US territory, and it was illegal when Utah became a state. It was also illegal in Canada and Mexico when mormons set up polygamous colonies there.
@ Wrassle I am both a decendent of mormon polygamists and someone who could write a PhD dissertation on LDS polygamy w/o doing any further research. Donnie knows that "Polygamy is not part of our faith" is a lie. He knows that our faith believes in Polygamy. He knows that our faith practiced it in the 19th century. He may not be aware that the LDS church practiced polygamy until the 1950s, most mormons dont, but he knows our faith believes it will be practiced heaven.
Idiots. Donny and Maire don't even know their own faith. "What's polyandry?" 11 of Joseph Smith's 33 wives were married to other men when he married them. He was in polyandrous marriages. LDS Temple have nothing to do with Solomon's temple. Zero. The idea that the Masonic rites JS stole originate in Temple from Solomon's time is a 19th century myth that has been disproven by people who are Mormons and Masons. Clueless Mormons write uncomfortable truth off as incorrect or anti. Do yer homework.
@Lowkey2076 not LDS, but know a lot of them, and none of them have multiple wives.... while it may have been a practice one hundred years ago, it was also not illegal at the time. It is currently NOT acceptable and considered adultery, and grounds for excommunication.
Well but it's only for the men and only for the afterlife. Men can be sealed (married for eternity) to another wife after the death of the first and both will be 'his' in Mormon heaven. Women can only be sealed to one man.
Amazing that Joy was able to get them to talk at such a length on Mormonism, something they have basically avoided for nearly a half a century. And ballsy of her to get Donny to talk about and defend his magic underwear.
@KevlarX2 "if you don't like Mormons, don't watch anything about them"

Don't say they are lies, this info is on lds.org too.

thumper6988 9 months ago
I agree with usermyong, I'm also an ex-Mormon who after over 50 years of faithfulness learned the truth and discovered all the ugliness that is covered up so carefully by the church leaders. But, I find that most active Mormons are good people. Funny, but they think I AM the deceived one for leaving....while I know that they are the ones who are still deceived (as once was). As far as other religions go, I'm done with being a part of any organized religion.
gigig1954 9 months ago

Just google "the wives of Joseph Smith" & read
gigig1954 9 months ago
Polygamy is an ETERNAL doctrine for Mormons. For them to say it's not part of the church is a blatant lie. All members of "their" celestial kingdom (afterlife) will be living polygamy, so why on earth do members of the church act like they don't need to know or learn about it? Men can be sealed to more than one woman in the temple (polygamy) and women cannot be sealed to more than one man. It's just that simple.Joseph Smith practiced polyandry as well (married other men's wives), it's documented
gigig1954 9 months ago
Sacred underwear? Oh Pleeese! The Mormon garments are masonic in origin. I challenge one person on here to prove they are NOT masonic or that they don't contain masonic symbols. Most active Mormons don't have a clue what their true history contains because the modern church conceals it. Look up "Polyandry" (even on the church owned websites they admit Joseph Smith lived this), look up Fanny Alger, look up "the wives of Joseph Smith" & it's all there. Mormons still definitely believe in polygamy.
gigig1954 9 months ago
this makes me want to puke. Mormon apologists have come out and said that the mormon temple ceremonies are NOT the same as solomons time. The way they talk are exact clones of every other mormon they have the shit encoded in there brains it truly is a brain washing cult.
UKwildcats2121 9 months ago
@ikeandlinz You're welcome to your beliefs. I, in turn, am welcome to my opinions about your beliefs, especially since they have been used as a tool to tear apart my husband's family. I suggest you learn the whole truth about your church... and that means being brave enough to study sources that aren't endorsed by the LDS church. By the way, I wasn't mocking your beliefs. I was mocking Donny's assertion that his underwear is sooo sacred.
knotheadusc 9 months ago
Mormon's MAGIC UNDERWEAR has masonic symbols sewn in to them (ie. the compass and the square....the main symbols for freemasonry). And they are called "Magic" because of the belief by Mormons that they will protect you when wearing them (even if in a fire, you will be burned everywhere but where your garments are covering) which is ridiculous and folklore. Joseph Smith and Hyrum took their garments OFF when they went to the jail where they were killed because it was TOO hot to wear them.
gigig1954 9 months ago
@gigig1954 They also drank wine in prison, AFTER the Word of Wisdom. Oh, and Smith was armed with a gun. When shot he made a MASONIC distress gesture and yelled "is there no help for this mother's son?" a Masonic distress phrase.Obviously he believed in Freemasonry more than Mormonism, which he appeared to have fabricated for power, money, and sex (with several teen girls who he married, including 2 who were 14 at the time) Google Helen Mar Kimball.
channelhismojo 9 months ago
Donny and Marie responded to Joy's questions perfectly and represented the LDS church very well. Mormons don't have "magic underwear"! Where did that phrase come from? As Donny said, they are a sacred reminder of the covenants we make with God to keep His commandments. Not weird at all. Don't get your information from unauthorized sources. Ask an ACTIVE member or ask for missionaries to explain it to you correctly.
TheTlc7777777 9 months ago 2
@TheTlc7777777 LOL! If you want the truth ask an ex mormon! They are usually the ones who have done the research & know the true history of this cult!
BrandonAHjr 9 months ago
@TheTlc7777777 - for most people in the world, a church prescribing underwear (even if symbolic and a "spiritual" protection only) seems very weird. Only Mormons who are accustomed to it don't find it strange.
TheLessMon 9 months ago
@TheLessMon The underwear isn't prescribed! Get your facts straight before you post about things you don't understand!
ikeandlinz 9 months ago
@ikeandlinz Are you saying the garment isn't prescribed (as in members being instructed to wear them) after a member is endowed? Really? (P.S. I was LDS for over 35 years, including temple endowment.)
TheLessMon 7 months ago
@TheTlc7777777 Active members either don't research their cult (because they have been to to avoid non-faith promoting history, even if true), or they do know the nasty secrets and decide to ignore the truth and keep pretending (lying) to themselves and their kids about Mormonism. It's a pack of liars in an organization that rewards lying.
channelhismojo 9 months ago
@TheTlc7777777 I'll put it politely. You're not telling the truth. Mormonism is nothing but a destructive cult, and considering that missionaries will lie to you, you know? But then, most Mormons don't follow their own 11th, 12th and 13th Articles of Faith when dealing with non-Mormons. Do you want to know more?
sffilk 9 months ago
Ugh the worse person to ask about Mormonism is a Mormon. They only are allowed to give out the party line and nothing else. For example Mormons do believe and practice polygamy just not currently. Their temple ceremony did not come from Solomons Temple that is a myth adopted from freemasonry and even freemasons do not believe it is factual. There are 13+ million baptized mormons but only 3-5 million active and 80% of those are in the USA.
walkonking 9 months ago
Correction: The do NOT KNOW our true history (Donny or Marie)
gigig1954 9 months ago
I'm a Mormon & they do KNOW our true history. Polygamy IS still a part of our doctrine, we just don't currently live it because it's illegal. We believe we will live it in the afterlife. Also polyandry was lived by Joseph Smith (he married other men's wives while they were still married to other men) & he also married teenage girls as young as 14 years old. The "secret underwear" is really masonic with masonic symbols embroidered into them. And our temples DO NOT go back to Solomon's Temple.

Liar, liar pants on fire Donny. Mormon men are allowed to be married to another woman in the temple for eternity after their current wife passes ensuring them TWO wives in the Mormon heaven.
GraceAlone71 9 months ago
@GraceAlone71 At least two. They can be married as many times as they lose wives. They can even be married to two LIVING women in the temple if the first doesn't care enough about the cult to go through a temple divorce.
channelhismojo 9 months ago

Hideous CULT.
channelhismojo 9 months ago
@channelhismojo You're right, it's not the same as Solomon's temple. Joseph Smith was a Mason, that's where 99.9% of the Mormon temple ceremony comes from, it's Masonic in origin not from Solomon's day.
All these two want to do is portray Mormonism as being Christian out there when it's not. After you join Mormonism you learn very quickly there's two very different persona's of Mormonism, the public and the private one. Guess which one the celeb Mormons want you to see and believe?
GraceAlone71 9 months ago
No surprise Donny hadn't heard of "polyandry". The Mormon CULT doesn't like their cult members knowing all the nasty details of their origins, like Joseph Smith sending men away on missions to Europe then marrying their wives, or Smith marrying 14yo girls like Helen Mar Kimball. No, the cult wants to portray it's leaders as pure, not sex fiends making up religions to get sex, money and power. Smith had himself declared "King of the World" in Nauvoo. What a fruitcake. Beware of Romney.

The world lacks so much accountability.
ak7612 9 months ago

TodizzleMONKEY 9 months ago
@ak7612 Opposition to Mormonism has nothing to do with belief in God. If you value truth and honesty, you must oppose Mormonism. These people have changed their history, then teach these lies to kids and potential converts. Anyone who speaks the truth publicly is excommunicated and their name dragged through the mud. This cult does not encourage accountability - it punishes it. Utah is the center for under the counter payments to friends, bogus tenders, ponzi schemes, bankruptcies. Cult lies.

Trillidotia 9 months ago
It's not "true love," Donny, if you divorce someone and then remarry after marrying another. Don't kid yourself, it's the sign of a sick mind.
But that works perfectly in Mormonism because Donny lied about polygamy. Polygamy is a mandatory doctrine in the Doctrine & Covenants, one of what is called the "Standard Works" of the Church. D&C 132 makes it a commandment.

THE Church Of JESUS CHRIST Of Latter Day Saints does not believe in magic, nor ever has believed in magic, nor ever will.
Therefor Mormons don't believe in magic anything. Magic is either deceptive or demonic or both. Mormons do not believe in any of that.
Jesus Christ did healing miracles by the power of God through righteousness & faith, not by deception or demonism.
Having Temple clothing that is below outer clothing allows devout Mormons to be in the World, but not of the World.
AnonEmouseMan 9 months ago
@AnonEmouseMan You're begging the question, and making a useless (to anyone who's not LDS) distinction.
momerath42 9 months ago
@momerath42 Hardly. The difference between deception and the truth, embodied by the Devil (who is the Father of deception) & Jesus Christ (who is the Father of truth) is the foundational difference that exists between what is real & what is false
Simple as that
THE Church Of JESUS CHRIST Of Latter Day Saints teaches people to believe in the truth, not in lies.
Logic is one way to determine the truth. Unfortunately logic is not taught in most schools, rote associative learning is, instead.

Lowkey2076 9 months ago
@ Wrassle I am both a decendent of mormon polygamists and someone who could write a PhD dissertation on LDS polygamy w/o doing any further research. Donnie knows that "Polygamy is not part of our faith" is a lie. He knows that our faith believes in Polygamy. He knows that our faith practiced it in the 19th century. He may not be aware that the LDS church practiced polygamy until the 1950s, most mormons dont, but he knows our faith believes it will be practiced heaven.
Lowkey2076 9 months ago
