  • I applaud Mr.Ryder for keeping his civic duties,it's dismaying that proper respect for the court was not given. It's an honor,we have in this country to do as Mr.Ryder,& proper respect isn't only the right thing, it's required to keep order so arguments may be made & decided. Much may seem odd, ie "no hat in the court" or "rise when the judge enters";the pageantry present in court help remind all in the room, the respect required in court, from a jay walking ticket to a capita serial murder case.

  • Cop Bows too the judge at 13:25 ...LOL

  • imagine that some "disobedient civilian" didn't submit to an order to turn off a camera....so lets throw them out of the lobby......grab them and cuff em and stuff em.. after all cameras are a serious detriment to court proceedings....Judge says its disrespectful to the laws of the court yet when he was presented in the traffic ticket case of Ryder with the court Laws about needing proper notice..It wasn't resepcted by the judge...contradiction. prejudice

  • how the hell do you upload a video that is over ten min

  • You got owned kid. You were like a fish out of water, you are the 80 year old that goes to a computer repair shop and calls every part the hard drive. You may be a great lawyer someday but consider staying out of the courtroom untill you get that harvard degree. A for effort... thats it.

  • @ciupe The case was dismissed and he didn't have to pay hundreds of dollars for a lawyer or have to pay a fine. It sounds like the state "got owned".

  • @ciupeand you must have watched a different video and court proceeding than was uploaded here .....State had NO proof and Nick here is to be praised for taking his civil liberty's and using them despite the begrudging of state people who misuse their positions....Nick did a great job and is a model for all of us when confronted with state officers who over ride their power and make false allegations against citizens arbitrarily. Congrats Nick!!!

  • When you actively participate in these proceedings you give credibility to the sham! A major mistake!

  • @nbesser08 I'd like to hear an elaboration on this

  • @dblazesr I thought it was self-explanatory. If you have proof the court is crooked, then you actively expose the court as crooked. If you actively participate with a crooked court, then you don't expose the court as crooked. Instead you accept everything crooked thing they say as legitimate and probably bitch afterwards when the crooked court stick it to you.

  • @nbesser08 I was looking for a reason as to why you think the proceedings are a sham.

  • @dblazesr Let's how many months ago did I make the comment? Do I remember what happens in the video? No. Am I going to re-watch it just to appease you? No. Figure it out for yourself. Are you going to whine and cry about my answer. Most likely. Do I care? No.

  • @nbesser08 I wasn't attacking you. Just trying to learn.

  • @dblazesr Well if you want to learn something, then watch my videos. You will get a college education on how to deal with cops, lawyers and judges!

  • Hey, good job, Nick! Now, that's the way to put them on the pin. So, I know what the verdict should have been. But what was it? If all else, fails, Nick should consider becoming a lawyer. Wow.

  • next time wear proper attire have some respect for the judge and the court......

  • Nah. I came straight from work. I waste enough time being there, don't need to waste time getting myself dressed.

  • @tobie1972

Bow down to your masters, beg for your freedom!!! Dress up for the masters!!! BOW DOWN!!!! Are you kidding me? Yes, lets dress up and play their silly games as they oppress and take our rights away! Your ancestors must be proud of you my friend! If dressing expensive is showing respect, then I will think of you as I am naked. You're so asleep it's not even funny... I can't even imagine how material driven and pussy you are. Poor little man... wait and see what your future holds.

  • So what was the outcome?

  • Not guilty.

  • lol i love this judge he's probably the most patient/nicest judge out there

  • Your obnoxious

  • @soccerg2005

Go play some soccer, stop watching freedom fighters try and save your precious "country" from tyranny. Btw... go back to your precious school system as well, take an english class... "You're". You scum suckers of your society will be literally begging for your lives as you shift into your shit reality the future holds for you... I forgive you for being a cancer on our Earth, you're put here for us all to learn from. Congrats for being a posterchild for idiots and sheep.

  • Congrats Nick!

  • dumb fucking libtards should go off themselves.

  • Do you swear to tell the truth and nothing but the truth?

    Is that even possible?

  • Should have added the judge to your witness list and made a motion to have him recuse himself, both of the basis of him being a witness, and on the basis that his courtroom was disrupted by the activites of the others. :)

  • There was a motion for recusal that was denied. It was not based on him being a witness though.

  • wow Free State Project was on trial in this. The objection should have standed. Burke is a state criminal.

  • Good job Nick. If crazy uncle Ed finds you guilty, he will be directly contradicting himself.
