  • IS IT WATERPROOF ?????????????

  • @1b1enjamin Yes all the electrical was waterproofed. I used grease and silicone to waterproof it.

This TNX has long been retired and is now hanging up in my garage. I prefer the Baja and my airplanes and helis now. :)

  • DAMN

  • duuuude!! epic! how fast did u have to get it going?

  • What a great music! Who is it? Tiësto? Wich song? Thanks.

  • sweet truck..how much u think uve put into it..or better yet how much is a new stock one?

  • it cant keep driving if you driving in vater the moter will crash

  • the thing is not even getting wet!! Damn fast!

  • whats this tunee mint truck

  • Or... I got everything siliconed, greased and waterproofed. Dumbass. Runs like a champ and still does. Thanks for coming out. You keep your Radio Shack rc's on dry land.

  • Good stuff dude! Don't listen to all these jerks who leave doubtful comments, for anyone with ANY sense it's pretty clear to see that it is indeed hydroplaning, and the water is several inches deep. Seriously, most youtube commenters are 12 year-olds with no clue :) (just delete their comments)

  • TIESTO FOR LIFEEEEEEEE I LUVE YOU

  • Dude, where in the description did it say anything about it being a lake? Hydroplaning is hydroplaning. 2" of water or 200' deep. Doesn't matter. It's still hydroplaning. Jeez.

  • i think its just shalow water

  • I just gotta chime in again. Some people are so fucking stupid it's beyond me. It IS hyrdoplaning. Plane and simple. It hydroplanes over the surface of the water at speed. If going too slow, it's really bogs and is sunken in. It's there in the video. If you're too fucking stupid, please, I recommend suicide by a hammer to the face. Cheers.

  • is it 5-10 inches or millimmeterS?

  • Inches.

  • one word describes this video.....INSANE!!!!!!, only a 5.2 TNX hydroplane like that, no mods?

  • Thats awesome man, really cool!

  • Cool:) it is actually hydroplaning, sometimes it doesent get quite over the water..

  • Coooolllllll :D

  • With good run at it with decent tires, most likely.

  • I'm sure you mean impressed. lern2grammar.

It IS hydroplaning. As you can see, he didn't always make it across the puddle, and the truck sunk. It's deep enough to cover half the truck. I don't think the guy wants to risk sinking a $500 R/C truck to impress you.

  • Thanks.

  • this isn't really hydroplaning over water. water has to be deeper and much wider then I would be inprest

  • Yes it is hydroplaning. As explained by UnholyChicken. ^^^

  • Again, it IS hydroplaning. Whether it's doing it over 5" of water or 5 feet. The truck is clearly skimming across the surface of the water and the speed of the truck and rpm's of the wheels/tires is repelling water at a rate enough to keep it from sinking. If it wasn't hydroplaning, then you'd see that it was below the water surface AND it would pretty much part the water around the truck.

  • just as fun and power haaa yours is a 2.5cc his is a 5.2cc it would fuck your truck up in a race

  • Is his all stock part though?

My 2.5R has all Stock parts on it.

And do you know what your talking about?

  • Drivetrain, other than rims/tires is stock. It's a torque monster.

  • What song are you using in this video? It sounds cool.

  • It's DJ Tiesto's Elements of Life.

  • nice one. is the tnx 5.2r highly recommend then?

  • Yes. It's an awesome truck. A real torque monster!
