Agreed. Japanese voices for Japanese characters. Personally, as a non-American, it sounds weird to me for Ibuki, etc., to be speaking with American accents. Maybe it's not so noticeable for American players though.

Yeah, it just seems a bit inconsistent. They give Zangief, Cammy, etc. their own countries' voices (or their best attempt at them) but then don't do it for other characters. I guess they're afraid of offending the Japanese with Japanese-sounding English voices or something...

Certain characters I think sound awesome in english. I have it set to character specific so the characters that should speak english, do. Ken's voice fits him really well (so does the japanese one though) as does Abel's. I kept Rufus in JP, the english was so annoying.
