How in the world would you fly that via Remote Control... you would have the lateral/longitudinal axis, the rudder axis, and the collective/throttle.... Do they simplify the controls, or is it a real trick to fly?

Nice heli but try flying it a bit more *scale* it's flying too fast in the turns and it just looks too much like a toy and not a turbine replica. Other then that,... nice flying!. :)

What I really like about this scale 500D other than the obvious (Great scale model) is the tail rotor is on the correct side. So many RC helos have it on the wrong side. Nice Model.

on the 1:1, the one piece pointed windshield can be retrofitted to older Hughes 369-500s. Just because you see the MD style nose doesn't mean it isn't an older Hughes. The one piece windshield is nice because it offers a better view for the pilot.

By the way, if anyone is interested in how much they cost, the answer is time, skill, effort and understanding.
