Wow, this is amazing. David Tennant is doing an amazing job with the character. I worked with head injured adults in a residential setting for a while. It was tough work and they were all injured badly enough that they couldn't live with their families. Anyway, I've seen what the behavioral changes can be and I think this is very well done.
