@MisterSadistic Tazz choked Kurt Angle out. He didn't tap. Also, the decision was reversed because Tazz's move was considered a choke (illegal) at the time. It's like how technically jericho's first title win was in 2000 but in it wasn't counted. I can't believe Angle never tapped out to Benoit though. That smells like bullshit to me. Didn't they have a 30 minute submission match? Benoit never made him tap then?

They had both tapped out prior to this match, not only unofficially but in the match which led to the Rock v Taker v Angle triple threat match for the Undisputed Championship, Taker tapped out to a triangle choke yet at the same time pinned Angle, thus the match ended in a draw. @barrry9 I believe the logic there is that, unless I'm mistaken, you're thinking of an Iron Man match (or a submissions-only Iron Man match), which Angle won. So, he didn't LOSE by tapping out, even if he tapped several times during the match. 'Taker's tapped as well, but it was in one of those double-finishes, so he didn't really lose, and thus it doesn't count.
