The call center had to let me wait for minutes (like almost half an hour) and I have to use my cellphone, imagine the long wait and the cost grrr! They still cannot change my flight schedule. no ATM at national airport!!!! ATM not working I went all around Baclaran informed personnel of this. Ask to board second flight as 2 vacancy offered my 3pm ticket plus additional 5000 pesos cash (short of around 1000 pesos after exchange of pounds) I beg and beg and beg. Denied!!! Went out again and look for ATM finally have to pay again even if I already have the ticket. 2 flights flew with vacancies no mercy at all!! Think when you fly using this Cebu Pacific.

I will never ride a Cebu Pacific Again. Booked in UK using internet; problem on booking phone number several times no answer wife keep calling while I am on my way to Dubai no answer. Arrive Manila 10 pm started queuing 11 to 3 pm extremely very slow computers too many procedures. My internet booking was rubbish so rebooked I was given 3 pm ticket; queue since first flight as mother dying informed personnel, vacancy on 1st flight not allowed as need to pay again ....

Hard impact! if that was a real flight... for sure your main gear will be damaged... if you are already distant from the tip of the runway... begin to reduce your power to slow down and slightly increase your pitch. Before you are near the 2 white squares of the runway, retard your throttles to idle and increase your pitch just slightly(mostly 3 degrees).

You seemed to have landed long. Try retarding the thrust later on in the flare. Hold the nose up to prevent it from smashing the nosegear into the runway
