If you have a bad back, it's best not to go too far down and to make sure your back is straight. I have one too and have to be careful with all my exercise, this included. But this is a wonderful exercise. Well demonstrated here too. Thank you.
I just got into this myself. you are doing very well with the kneeling position. I wanted to try standing and you look ready as well. Try standing a few feet from a wall and rollout towards the wall. let the wheel rest on the wall and then push off the wall to return. If it is to easy then move back a little. I have been doing this trying eliminate the wall but I still need that little push. Also the wider the stance (feet farther apart) the easier it is as well.
