I agreed, It took me a chapter to get into it. But i think it has more depth than twilight. I have read it 3 times now. That sad hey, But i cry every time. I would love to see this as a movie, but they would have to do it right, I am not willing to sit through another twilight movie, and there is only one (for now) so they dont have the liberty to wait till the second one to make it better.

Try reading 'Uglies', 'Pretties', and 'Specials'. It's a wonderful series by scott westerfeld with drama, action, love and everything else that makes up a great story. It's based in the future like the host and the humans have somewhat been invaded.

theres two books to follow which are The soul and the seeker but they wont be out for another year atleast since she's taking a break apparently after she's finished the last of the twilight books.
she said she would continue with the stories but she doesn't know if she will actually publish the books whick i think she should, the first one was really good
