  • they definiely deserved greter recognition than they got. Kurt was a big fan and used to champion this band.

  • This song is really universal

  • I first heard this on Supernatural, its the perfect song for Sam and Madison :( saddest episode.

  • heard this on Supernatural, very much want to hear more of their work :D

  • thanks for the tickle of my brain

  • alone, driving along a river bottom on a gravel road at dusk with this song blasting on your dilapidated car's cassette player with no one around for miles = a good time.

  • I love this song :D thank you lovedder for putting it up <3

  • Hey does anyone know what this song is really about??

  • yeah boys. bring me down.

  • Beautiful song, thank you.

  • i don't know why but i am sooooo in love with this song... :)

  • trees are awesome

  • Shame the Screaming Trees didn't get the success they deserved for they were as gifted as Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden and Alice In Chains...

  • @lyonslaforet I always wondered why....and I have no answer,,but sincerly,I think they were better than every band,,except maybe for Nirvana,,that was quiet different sound,,I mean, kurt was kurt,,but Lanegan voice,,,,I mean,,,it s still the great one,,anyway,,for me best american band of the 90's,,,...

  • @brazovaldo I think what distinguished them from Nirvana, Pearl Jam etc... is that they were more melodic than them. And I also think that what hampered their career was the numerous arguments and fights between the Conner brothers and Mark Lanegan. Furthermore, the "look" of the musicians fitted badly on MTV.

    Great great band anyway!

  • @lyonslaforet I agree in what you said,,,probably they catch me so much for these melodies,,,and added to lanegan voice is everything magic,,,it s a shame they broken so long time ago...we'll never know what we ve lost.......great band!

  • @lyonslaforet

If Kurt Cobain hadn't have died they probably would have eventually, all of a sudden the 'grunge scene' ended. And then unfortunately the world abandoned rock music again, and anyone who wanted access just listened to 'that guy who killed himself' maybe someone will cober one of there songs in the 3rd coming of rock and roll, who knows?

  • @samsharpeye 3rd? it comes and goes often, much more than 3 times. but it never goes away for people like us

  • @lyonslaforet are they still around?

  • @AlexCanQS No they disbanded in 2000 and in general indifference!

  • @lyonslaforet in a way i think they were much better, despite how much i live Alice in Chains and Nirvana. Shame they never managed to follow up Dust though i can appreciate that it's a challenge to follow up an outstanding album.

  • beautiful :)

  • smooth
