I think she did just fine, she'll learn to review her screen time to monitor body control and language. Youtube is not an outlet just for professional actors or show host, but for everyone including people who haven't taken video editing, acting, choreography or public speaking classes.

I think the director wants pico to just be herself and unprofessional to give us a more relaxed video to watch.  This is what keeps me watching youtube, or else I'd just watch boring cable/TV reporters and host.

I have to agree with most of the comments here, this show isn't very good. Pico doesn't seem very comfortable and she moves her head a bit to much. Tho I have to say that she improved somewhat compared to earlier video's. I point to IGN's Daily Fix and Naomi Kyle to see what she should aim for. Also, the transitions in this clip are really annoying, if you say you're moving on to a certain subject, there's no need to show a logo after that.
