how did you get the 3-d perspective of the plane as it bounces if you used the original landing, which doesn't contain the 3-d needed to show parts like the top of the wing view?

There was a real plane landing. I removed it from the background and stuck a cg one on top. The reason to first film a real plane was to get the camera move as real as possible, and also to have good reference for the CG plane I had to put in.

Its fake, airplanes don't have brakes on the nose gear. In the clip, you see smoke suddenly comming out of the nose gear indicating that there are brakes in the nose gear where in real life there isn't.
is the smoke not coming from the nose gear because of the fact of the very hard impact of the nose? and by 'real', i meant it is a real plane performing a real landing.
In order to get rid of the endless discussions I've seen over the years I uploaded a part of the clip with the wireframe on top of the commercial.
I made the commercial in April 2003, it won a bronze Lion in Cannes in 2004.
So; Its fake. 3D . Not remotecontrolled, not a test of the landing gear etc etc. Note that TBW-AIR is a fictional company based on TBWA (commercial agency)
