  • Thank you beautiful :)

  • Your body is soooo beautiful ^_^

  • nice ass!

  • Hey, I have a question. The second brush you showed, the one you use for your back in the shower, can you use it for dry brushing? Because I have a brush similar to it and I tried this technique once now, it leaves some scratches on my lower legs, but they fade within 10 minutes. Should I get a brush like yours or is the brush I have fine as well? I'll be waiting for you response, thanks!

  • dem breeding hips!

  • My body wants a cheeseburger..

  • A grate teaching video from a beautiful young lady.

  • You are so adorable! You have a great personality, you're informative and also beautiful. Wish I had a body like yours :) thanks for the info.

  • dat ass

  • Great, positive, helpful demo, thanks!

  • you have such a beautiful body very sexy

  • I know about dry bruishing but dont know how to do it. Your video really helpful many thanks

  • AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!! NO NO NO NO NO NO NO! How's that good for anything!?!?!

  • Shouldn't you do that in the shower (with it off) so you're not getting DNA snow all over the bathroom?

  • That is sooo true! I just started dry brushing just 2 days ago, and I already notice way more softer skin! Thanks for this post, and for giving us a more simple way to do it.

  • Something I wonder about - what would happen if someone were to brush "against the flow", ie in the wrong direction? I mean, intentionally and over a longer period of time. I expect nobody's ever really tried it and most people just automatically accept the common wisdom without questioning it. I don't mean that to be confrontational at all, I'm just just genuinely curious.

  • Thank you very much for this very good demonstration, and as a way of showing my appreciation I'd like to offer my services as your personal skin brusher. There'd be no charge for this service, it would be my pleasure ;)

  • thank you for your video. you have a great personality and good heart for wanting to help people take care of themselves better. peace and love!

  • I've also heard that dry brushing helps unclog/ detoxify your lymph nodes (glands under your arms) because toxins that are excreted from the skin can get trapped under dead skin cells and get re-absorbed (usually ending up in muscle structure) if you don't dry brush.

Thank you so much for posting this video! Keep it up and you’ll have baby soft skin when you’re in your 80's.

  • Thanks for the practical info.

  • thank you.....was very nice of you to share some simple secrets that are wonderful for the body... I am a massage therapist and do the manual lymphatic drainage. The lymphatic fluid lies just beneath the skin and it takes light movement to get it flowing. Our lymphatic fluid doesn't have a pump to get it flowing like our circulatory system. The dry brush massage is a wonderful technique and should be done daily. Thanks again for reminding us how to take care of our bodies simply.

  • At least you know what your talking about. ive read in countless books that you are suppose to brush towards your heart,as you stated. theres an old lady on youtube giving really horrible advice on skin brushing and when you try to correct her she bites your head off and deletes your comments. I believe her name is nidiot. she cant even pronounce half the words she uses. anyway, thanks for the vid!

  • @Jazzy25 HAHA, i've seen her videos too, absolutely awful.

  • OLive Oyl with a fantasic body

  • sexy sexy girl

  • love that body Very sexy!!

  • this is weird......ill try it! lol

  • what about brushing the soles of your feet?

  • @subalfie I heard you're not supposed to do that and then somewhere else I heard you NEED to do that. I scrub my feet with salt scrub just cuz I want soft feet lol

  • I get how this is good for your skin (exfoliating etc) but how can it affect your lymphatic system? lymph nodes are pretty deep under the surface...

  • @feelthejoy But massage has been known to affect lymphatic draining, right? The brushing must be done a bit firmly, sort of like a massage. It feels great and makes the skin glow. It's the only thing that's cheap and effectively treats cellulite (when done for a while). I stopped for 2 weeks, and my skin stayed smooth for those weeks until I needed to start again. ^__^ Much better than any expensive cream. I can even shorten or stop a cold in it's tracks if I start brushing at the first sign.

  • It's sad that we take care of our bodies based on what is sold to us and what we are told to do. I've been "dry brushing" since I was a little kid:) I also lightly scratch the entire surface of my skin in the shower to remove dead skin. With removing old skin cells, new ones are made. After all, we are animals. We don't need to pile on products to get heathly skin.

  • this is great stuff that works.............unfortunately the drugy co.'s can't make $ on this, so, you are not going to have children taught these holistic techniques. too many americans, think, that, if something does not have a million side effects, that can just about kill you, then it can't possibly be good. now that, is REAL sickness...

  • @brainsareus

Very true, they want us to depend on their products, as if there is no other way to be healthy. It is quite easy and effective to make ALL your own products. They are just simple ingredients.

  • @tripvids420 there are, healthy products that are fine, with good ingredients. the purpose of the brushing, is to stimulate the lymphatic system, to help your whole body detox, and get rid of waste. this, is good, for over all health. the skin looking better, is just an additional bonus. putting quality, bio-compatible, lotions or oils, on your skin, can only help, that much more. it is not, either or. ideally, it is both. don't forget, good eats, exercise, and making your own, stuff, yes!

  • @zekeheart1000 Once in a week with water and soap. After cleaning, leave your brush on dry and open place to avoid mold. :)

  • not trying to be funny, but you look like you have some pretty good stuff.Do you?

  • @twor4u

    I got some good stuff

  • @tripvids420 can i have some?

  • Great video, thanks so much for the information.

  • thank you

  • YOU are beautiful.... thanks for the demo :)

  • does it have to be done dry or can you do it in the shower?

  • @mettabee dry

  • Can you dry brush the soles of your feet?

  • I hav very dry skin n had alot of cellulite on my legs. After i started dry skin brushing just before my bath my skin is less drier (it removes dry skin flakes) and GOT RID OF MY CELLULITE! i was so shocked it only took about 2 weeks n my legs were so smooth-i hav body brush from boots which is quite good. give it a try

  • You explain this really good, thanks for the video!

  • thanks for the info...

  • Hello, thanks for the very informative video. I was wondering if you do the brushing before or after showering in the morning? Thank you

  • the FACE can also be done . . but gently

  • You are so beautiful! And I'm glad to hear skin brushing improves dry skin. Just started using mine today. I have the long brush (made from Agave plant fiber) from a natural foods store, and the handle is removable for convenience. I like it.

  • really? like....that really gets rid of your dry skin?

  • You have no fat on your body! Amazing! Is that from dry brushing?

  • I just started the tanning beds and im afraid of getting skin cancer would this help prevent skin cancer.

  • its better if you tan with the SUN .. it does NOT cause skin cancer . if it did, then all african inhabitants would be known for having skin cancer, and all animals would have the skin cancer . . the sun causing skin cancer is just a LIE by the U.S. government . . we NEED the sun . . the sun actually CURES cancer, and a host of other diseases. he sun brings anual fruits and is a must . . dont wear any form of sun block .. as it CAUSES skin cancer . nice country america is aay

  • @zorkntatertotter African inhabitants are less prone to skin cancer, because their skin offers more protections aganist UVA/UVB. Animals have fur that protects them for the sun rays. 15 to 30 minutes of sunlight is actually a healthy way to get vitamin D, but you have no idea what your talking about!

  • one day yuLL understand

  • @zorkntatertotter sooo true and tooo bad a lot of people don't realize...

  • Great video and techniques--I love body brushing with my brush made from the agave plant! My skin feels so good, I like all-natural products and got it from this place called love street living foods :-)

  • it says online to do it in circular motions not just strokes?

  • Thanks for the tips. My massage lady told my about brushing the skin for the lymphs. I like your techniques.

  • Thanks for the demonstration. It's so nice to receive free advice on bettering your health. A lot of spas charge an outrageous amount of money to dry brush when you can easily do at home.

  • This is the best dry skin brushing demo video. THANK YOU thank you thank you. I'm going to link it to my emails to people doing my American Yogini hohm juice cleanse as I never made one myself.

just love this, you are fabulous, Smart Yogini!

  • Thanks for the reminder .. I used to brush my skin every morning, but stopped for some reason .. Started again today !!

  • thats a pretty radical mullet you have there

  • @Ferosity lol

  • @Ferosity radical is the word, word

  • nice leggs ;)

  • totally awesome! a beautiful example of beauty in practice. wont you please do one for face brushing? :)

  • Try Jim Humble's MMS & MMS2. They win hands down in removing Toxins, pathogens, viruses, metals, bacteria and all germs in the body in less than 2 weeks .....

  • Yes MMS (miracle Mineral supplement) is incredible for removing dangerous pathogens in the body. But I agree that a multitude of 'toxin attack' is good for maintaining optimal health and wellbeing

  • @Squabbles10 Just because they work doesn't mean they win hands down..

  • You do look great! Thanks for the tips. I got my Tampico brush today and started tonight!

  • Your skin does look dewy and glowing! Thanks for the tutorial!

  • before you shower or bathe yes

  • Thank you so much for this tutorial! I actually bought a skin brush a few weeks ago and wanted a final little encouraging guide to help me get started. So this was helpful. Thanks!

  • Wow! You're in incredible shape. Thanks for this video. I was really in need of one as directions on Dry brushing aren't always very helpful. A visual is soooo much better. I truly appreciate this!
