I actually don't mind the video, although I do agree it is a bit too busy and distracting the audience from the poem.. but I do give good credit to aniig for attempting to incorporate all these diverse cultures of kerala and attempting to match the poem: the poem does have a lot to do with the keralite cultural... and the video is still a good visual treat . If I don't want to see it I could look away.. the poem by the way is relaxing and divine,,

This one truly deserves the academy award it won. Powerful lyrics and passionate rendering.

Even though the visuals may not have much connection to the poem, it is still very good being vibrant and expressive of the culture and heritage of kerala. The shots with the various costumed faces and their performances go with the kavitha well.
