The video from this audio performance does not exist, to public knowledge anyway. The footage you are seeing is not the same as the audio performance

Yes you're right, the footage you see is from the tapes used for making the movie That's the way it is. It's excellent how the band and Elvis allways manage to perform songs in the same speed and that's why the laughing version fits in this footage.

Shame the real laughing version never been on tape to public knowledge, but maybe when they open the vaults of RCA, MGM or Graceland, it will pop up in the future. I'll keep hoping !!!
