Most of the "evil things" are demons... I'm not sure of the man with the red eyes and the purple face, but I know the other is the Yellow Eyed Demon... he's the one that is responsible for killing Dean & Sam's mom and Sam's girlfriend, Jess.

The woman after him is the Crossroads demon that you sell your soul two from Season 2 - Crossroads
