  • WTF no gills!?!?!??!? how the hell do they live under water ....

  • i wasn't aware jellyfish didn't have a brain or a heart i thought it was hidden somewhere in there bodies

  • Jellyfish blow my mind!!! It's crazy to me that they have no brain, no heart, and no blood!

  • I always enjoy watching jelly fish when im diving. But what scares me when i'm near them is that, they might sting me and leave scars all over my body or if i'm not that lucky it might cost me my life. But these creature won't stop me from diving though. I love diving... I love the sea and i love every creature that lives there, no matter how small or how big they may be.

  • JELLYFISHING JELLYFISHING JELLYFISHING JELLYFISHING JELLYFISHING JELLYFISHING JELLYFISHING JELLYFISHING

  • Where's SpongeBob when you need him? It's jellyfishing time.

  • i know this is a family guy joke but if i ever meet a talking jellyfish i will say: h-how the hell are you alive?

  • Stunning jellyfish? I think stinging. :P

  • sounds like bush

  • I shall call him squishy, and he shall be mine. And he shall be my squishy.

  • Who's to say what a brain looks like. I would not be shocked at all to find these beautiful creatures to be extraterrestrials at all. They are so graceful and radiate an awareness and presence that is hard to describe. i must confess that when I was young I used to swipe these clear colored jellyfish from the bay and break them in half so I could watch each half swim away. i have never heard of jellyfish doing this anywhere else. Guilt.

  • I have some breaking news that might actually suprise everyone to learn! Jellyfish has just officially been confirmed to be Extraterrestrials. Jellyfish home habitat was not earth originally, they were from the planet Nibiru. For more information on this new breakthrough news in scientific history, visit my channel for I just made a video called Alien Jellyfish that explains everything.

    Best Wishes

    Alien Contactee Linol Anderson

  • "There isn't one brain amongst them" except the guy filming of course.

  • UAV's!

  • Please...Give me the name of the first kind of jellyfish! Please...They're so cute....

  • what s their information processing unit?

  • @tranquilityjoe the best explination for a Jellyfish is they're just like Venus Flytraps here on land. They both don't know anything, no brain, no heart, and they both devour anything it can.

  • if they have no gills how do they breath underwater and not breath on land vise versa

  • @chrissygillo

    jellyfish dont breath

they get the oxygen just like sharks do just by swinming around

just like sharks if they stand still for to long they will die

basicly jellyfish are just a stomach that swinms around eating what it gets over

  • @lorkain thaanks

  • @chrissygillo No worries ;)

  • There are maaaaany people surviving without a brain...

  • @Stadtplage Unfortunately.

  • feel like eating them

  • @ZeroCountdown1 they're aliens!!

  • Superfast jelleyfish

  • So jelly fish don't have brains... How do they know when to migrate, much less where?

It would seem we have much to learn from these strange fishes.

  • i suppose it would be a chemical reaction to changing conditions like when trees lose their leaves and start to flower?

  • Do both of those have any type of stinger?

  • sooooo cute :))

  • "10,000 hang out together, and not ONE brain among them!" sounds like me and my friends.

"With no brains, no heart, and no blood, it's amazing jellyfish have existed for 650 million years!"

  • @Renan9395 probably wasnt the narrator that wrote the script buddy

  • Hmm... What if they all act as like... A tiny part of a whole brain system thing? Like every jellyfish in the world is a tiny peice of a brain shaped puzzle?

  • "there isn't one brain among them...." i think the jelly's have more intelligence than the commentator...

  • I shall call him Squishy, and he shall be mine, and he shall be my Squishy.

  • He is quite poetical.

  • i bet spongebob will be happy to see this

  • That looks fun to jump in.

  • @whydizz yeah but that would hurt....

but it still sounds fun, ill try it

  • i have a jellyfish-phobia. not because some of them have poisen but because i stambed on one when i was a kid and it was one of the ugliest things i ever feld in my life. the jelly quilted thrue my toes and there where all around me in the water. it was exactly the sort of jellyfish in the video

  • oh you wouldnt beleive how many jellyfish were at the bruny island jeti the other day the water was about 2 meters deep and you couldnt see the bottom because it was so thick with jelly fish and it would have been up to 15 meters visibility and the occasional massive jellyfish every 1-2 meters.

  • wonders of nature !!!!

  • no it's not .. it amzing e!

  • Awesome!

  • my mom went swimming in the ocean and a jelly fish went swimming right by her and she SCREAMED like mad!!! haha and im only 10 haha lol

  • This is why I no longer scuba dive. I went scuba diving off the coast of south africa about 3 years ago and saw hundreds, even thousands of jellyfish floating in a school-like formation. I was so releaved to know the jellyfish I encounter posed no real threat to humans, but these small jellyfish presented in the video scare the hell out of me. I dont think I can ever go back in an ocean knowing something this small has the power to kill.

  • These killing fish are ninety-five percent white!NO DEALS!Luminescent jelly sandwich look like huge cathedral sunlight. And just like with most of the delegates,NO BRAIN!

  • Jelly fish FTW

  • dancing mushrooms?

  • some one help me, there is a jelly fish small as your thumb, what is it? i think it begins with a j.

  • Anyone seen this man, stinged by a Box Jelly???

    A Glimpse Of Eternity Re-enactment Part 1 of 9

    /watch?v=rQWO8o4kGhQ

  • jelly fish are pretty cool

  • jelly fish are marvelous

  • A creature the functions without a brain, heart, or blood... A they have survived for 650 million years, marine biologists really need to investigate into this modern phenomenon.

  • Trees don't have brain, but survived much longer.

  • @undocumentedspot lol!! good point!

  • @undocumentedspot

    trees aren't animals silly

it's not the same at all

  • @loveleppard I'm talking about living beings,. plants are living. don't look at things with your silliness glass. Beings in the universe found in different forms from atoms to viruses to unicellular & multicellular organisms to plants, to animals, to human ..etc we only give them types and classes. beings found in different complexity . there are plants that can eat insects yet we call plants not animals. there are animals that don't move yet we call animal not plant.

  • @undocumentedspot but trees don't smell or taste -_- its easy when you just root yourself and do nothing....

  • @Emily5396 Jellyfish don't taste and smell in the same way we do. it is by their tentacles -according to my simple search-.

Beside there are plants who are capable of trapping and eating insects. yes, it might be easy to root yourself to a place (; unless you grow near a concrete, you have to get your roots around it.

Many plants are very sophisticated too, they don't just do nothing, they have to absorb nutrients and get energy from the sun. yet they don't have brain.

  • trees aren't as active as jellyfish though

  • @SodapopSays there are a lot of kinds of plants and trees, there are even carnivores. read about them. I keep getting replies about some differences, I'm responding to the original claim of survival without brain. of course there are differences, we are talking about two different species.

  • @undocumentedspot true, but trees are in the plant kingdom, jellies are in the animal kingdom, so the fact that jellies lack nervous and circulatory systems make them unique within their kingdom.

  • @CupofPhenol the narrator is talking about survival, it has nothing to do with that classification. the labeling is non-sequitur .

  • @undocumentedspot

but trees don't move on their own other than to grow, trees dont taste or smell things, and they cant see. we can do all this but we have a brain they have a simple nervous system farr les complex than ours and the carukia barnesi can kill 10,000 people with just 1 tentacle. they r the dedliest creature in the world. you should look it up. trees won't be too great

  • @undocumentedspot Trees cant move.

  • if there is no nervous system how can they sense smell and taste?

  • no complex nervous system....different from none at all

  • Is anyone else afraid of jellyfish? :S

  • i am!

  • lol. they look like a bunch of little mushrooms. and i keep thinking the yellow square at the bottom right screen is telling me to look at something...haha.

  • Who filmed this? I would NEVER do that!!! I hate jellyfish sooo much!!!

  • how strange

    they got no brain

    no heart

    sounds alot like lil brothers

  • love this vid, try watching it while listening to fireflies. Bizarro, but cool. Oh, btw I got stung twice in one day at Corpus and still love them.

  • I HATE JELLY FISH. got stung, not pretty

  • lol techy1996 XD got stung, not pretty? haha...

  • This maybe a silly question, but what was going through you're mind when you got stung? & What was the feeling?

  • in my mind i was scared and it was very painful. when it was on me i freaked so i ran to some friends in panic, i did not know it was a jellyfish at first but it was still attached to my arm so it kept stinging. it was probably the worst pain in my life. it felt as someone took a knife and stabbed my arm and then started burning the inside. im not kidding, it felt like that

  • Wow. I am so sorry that happened to you & I'm so glad you're alive to tell you're story! How did the jelly get off you're arm, you're friends removed it?

  • thanks and when my friends saw the jelly they freaked out, we all had no idea what to do. So then they just plucked out each stinger one by one. after that it still felt like it was stinging me because the poison was still inside. it lasted for hours then it finally went away. it left a really nasty mark too. worst pain in my life :)

  • So true! i felt the exactly same way!

  • WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT!

  • Anyone seen this yet:

    watch?v=NLVhsph2JpY

  • Brains are exgaterrated

  • Your dick is too.

    ahahahaha

  • they'er mushroom...

  • Once, I got stung by a jellyfish, which caused this painful wound on my leg and I was stuck with it for 4 years.

  • 650 million years? Were you there?

  • the dinasaur existed a bunch of bizillion years ago, were we there? no

  • I was, and I gotta say they dont make them fishes like they used to.

  • Exactly!

  • That's the first time I've seen someone hate on a jellyfish.

  • @xxMorganGeexx lol haters never get satisfaction

  • @xxMorganGeexx lol!!

  • Swaying hoop skirts of dancing mushrooms? lol

  • box jelly fish is more evolved than other Cnidaria because they have simple brains and eyes.

  • @thehantavirus evolution is saying someone can still live without a heart or a spine

not refering to anything that never had those like some things

  • A man get stunged by a box-jellyfish.

    Search Youtube:

A Glimpse Of Eternity Part 1 box jellyfish

  • what the hell is wrong with these awesome

  • OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Amazing !

  • ABSOLUTELY!

  • lol dancing mushrooms xD And amazing facts

  • This is the most deadly animal in the world. There are even bigger ones than these ones, there are some even bigger than the average human. One sting of it's tentacles and you're automatically dead.

  • inflamed94 u fuckin dumb? NOT the deadyest anamal in the world and you dont die "automaticly" even if ur decapitated (head cut off, saying that so it doesnt hurt ur 10 year old mind) only the BOX JELLYFISH kills you withing 30 min, stupid

  • i dont think he understand the idea of poision

  • all i know is that they like crystal clear waters, and only jellyfish with long tentacles sting you.which they just do it accidentally cuz they move their tentacles around and you wouldn't fucking know if it's behind you

  • spongebub XDD CUTE

  • I hate jellyfish. They are so disgusting, and yet so facinating... I live on the coast in Norway, and we have these gigantic fire lions jellyfish. I think the biggest I\ve seen was 1.2 meters or so in diameter. I wanted to throw up, but couldn`t look away. Amazing animals.

  • To me, they're not so much disgusting as they are scary. I bet something that large could kill you with a sting.

  • no heat o.o daz weird

  • JELLEHFEESH!

  • lol, jelyfish do have brains. they do in fact have four.

they also have loads of eyes as well. i think two for each brain.

sounds weird, i know.... but i'm not kidding. go and look it up or something. jellyfish are awesome.

  • dude national geographic is a huge sicence coproation

  • correct some species have 4 brain lobes they dont have eyes as we do but the entire body is 1 eye

  • umm no.. youre retarded. no eyes. simple nerve net. these things are one evolutionary step above sponges

  • dude imagine being in that cloud..........ouch

  • how it can stun? from legs?

  • they have tentacles, that when touched release millions of little fangs filled with neurotoxins.

  • Their a fucking death cloud! :0

  • sounds like high school girls at the mall lol

  • @80z90zhousemami76 discrimination

  • lmao
