That would not be really smart. The string tension in baritone guitar is about 105kg and in a normal e-tuned guitar about 70kg. So a baritone neck and strings can damage a guitar that is built for shorter scale neck and lighter strings.
Hello, just curious what guage strings and brand you're composing with. BTW what's your opinion on the Tacoma Baritone and can you please indicate what tuning you have it set to?
it will be in the standard baritone tuning B E A D F# B
but obviously u can tune ur guitar to different tunings... as u probly know...
id love 2 buy a baritone guitar... if u buy 1 can u please tell me were u baught it from and around how much it costs... i have a takamine g series and want an upgrade... i might buy a stonebridge guitar tho

HI guys - to answer a few questions... this is in the following tuning: L - H
G-D-A-D-G-A
the gauge of strings are
.070 .060 .048 .029 .022 .016
and are commercially available from D'addario as 'EXP Coated Baritone Acoustic' set EXP23
I also Run La Bella's from time to as heavy as .080 on the bottom tuned to F# - but for now its set up typically for me to play in this tuning
