Kizer testified at the 2nd CSAC hearing that Chael never had any permission from anyone within the NSAC nor did he even file for an exemption so he ended up being resuspended indefinitely.
He also tested positive for a PED that was a natural steroid aka over the counter drug. The anabolic steroid was for the TRT. Hence why the suspension from 12 months was reduced to 6 months and it was for failure to non-disclosure of his prescribed testosterone therapy. He was originally suspended 12 months for failure to notify of the TRT. They suspended him indefinitely for the real estate launder even though floyd gets a license fine for domestic violence.

The reason his suspension was originally reduced was because at the 1st CSAC hearing, Chael lied about having permission to use steroids from the executive director of the NSAC, Keith Kizer. Kizer testified at the 2nd CSAC hearing that Chael never had any permission from anyone within the NSAC nor did he even file for an exemption so he ended up being resuspended indefinitely.

Hence why the suspension from 12 months was reduced to 6 months and it was for failure to non-disclosure of his prescribed testosterone therapy.
