  • Hi, my friends and I will attend the first WW meeting this Monday afternoon. I'm super excited! I got the food weigh device, some pamplets and joined the E-tools. Will keep you posted of my progress. I am supposed to weight around 130 due to my height, and I need to go back there. It's about 85 lbs that I need to lose, and I am very picky eater (it will be very hard for me to start eating healthy - dislike many food, and allegric to some). Love your WW videos! Hugs

  • @ASLKimber Kudos to your first WW meeting next week! Actually you don't have to adapt your eating habits! Just track them to keep it below your DPT (Daily Point Total). As soon as you learn about tracking, you will learn how to make decisions on picking more healthy food for example. Croissant is 6 points. Eggbeater with cantalope and a toast with a slice of butter is 6 points. Which one will you choose? That's pretty obvious! :)

  • Congrats! I know how you feel with the weight plateau... I've been there! I have lost total 15kg which converts to 33lbs. :D Soon you'll beat me there. ;) I, however, feel good and healthy in my current weight so I'm just maintaining it at the moment. What I find more important is to gain more muscle mass so that I'm more lean overall. Entirely different matter I'm struggling with at the moment. Oh well! You can do it! You'll discover all new ways you never have thought of!

  • I want let you know I did lose total 36 pounds since Aug by eliminate fried foods and some cheese. It is just more faster this time because I am on pre-op surgery diet. I went support group and I learn something very interesting. It is all about self control and learn to eat right. It is much similar to WW that you are attending now. Keep it up and you will accomplish what you have made a goal!

  • @rshartist Wow good for you! What kind of surgery, if you don't mind my asking. Keep up with what you do. WW works well for me, but I do have my moments. :) Thanks for commenting and keep us uptodate with your weight loss as well. :)

  • @mkrajnak It is lap band. I chose that one because it is reversible instead G-Bypass that is permanent. I will make a final decision in April after going through that program. I will keep you posted. I ll make vlog about it when I am in clear mind. Everyone has a moments that's normal. You might face plateau, too. I had experienced that in past. I did attended WW meeting many years ago.
