Well... English is like a second language in Japan. Its actually a requirement for students to learn how to speak english in Japanese schools... this could just be a result of that, along with English speaking designers, and what not, landing jobs at Japanese gaming and animation companies... I'm not 100% sure, so don't quote me on that... but I do know that English is a required course for Japanese students... and I really do think that plays a role in it, at least a little.

Whoa...the FMVs are amazing! Too bad this will be on the DS meaning FMVs will most likely happen only occasionally like in FF12:RV. I would buy this if all the cutscenes were FMVs even if the game turns out crappy(Which it seem to be from the japanese version)
