1.1.4 - Audio Recorder application for the iPhone - RECORD!!!

I've been looking for an app that basically lets you record, then lets you record another track or two and put them together with maybe the option of some edits. Like the most basic version of adobe audition, garage band or something... Any recommendations???

Not sure. You could get the recording on your comp and put it inthe proper ringtine folder. So yes.
