I have a question. On friendly fire, are allies solid? Explanation: When you run into a disguised spy in a normal game, they are solid beause you can't pass by them. So are allies solid on a friendly fire game?

I've actually played in two FF servers. All I have to say is this: do NOT play as Medic. You will get killed way too many times. Either that, or you'll heal the wrong person and get killed for your efforts.

You wanna know what TF2 should do for CP maps? Turn friendly fire on for offensive team so they have something to do during set up except for wait around and build an uber. Oh and medics should be invulerable to friendly fire during start up in order to make sure people don't grief the ubercharged medic.

Nah it doesn't. Friendly fire just makes a hit hurt instead of doing no damage. But it doesn't change the way damage is delt.
