A judge told the trooper that he could use the plate obstruction exsuse in 2 previous cases because technology is so up to date now, so it's no longer an infraction. to make a long story short the black cop was found innocent of all charges but 1

One: I've always been curious about what happens in these situations.

Two: The arresting officer gave him a "laundry list" of moving violations because th guy was giving him lip. You cop an attitude with the police and they slap your wrist. Has nothing to do with race. And I wish people would stop pulling that up every time something like this happens, seeing that it only propagates more prejudice.

The lists of vioaltions was dismmissed during the criminal trai of the off dutie officer. this case was a racial issue because a judge in a previous case involving the uniformed officer told the uniformed officer years ago in a nother court case that he could not enforce the violations because they were too outdated

and that the uniformed officer could be violating civil rights based on profilimg.
